WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
You may cancel at any time within 48 hours of placing your order by notifying Sanie Meraki Designs promptly via email. A refund will be issued only at that time. PLEASE NOTE that Sanie Meraki Designs will retain 30% of your payment to compensate for the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation. Please be advised that this is because once that time frame has passed the processing of your order will have commenced.
Due to the custom nature of our invitations returns and exchanges are not accepted. All orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. If your event is cancelled, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE which 50% ( PLEASE NOTE: That this also applies to clients who did not order via our website and invoices we manually created due to a special order.)
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS FOR E-INVITES.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Sanie Meraki Designs is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items.

All invitations are packaged , boxed and carefully sealed to be protected during shipping. Please keep your products away from anything hazards or damaging.
Shipping is done through USPS or FedEx. Please contact us if you need an upgrade in shipping or expedited delivery.
We DO NOT provide or purchase insurance for any packages unless the customer requests and pays for it.
Depending in some countries, duties and taxes may apply which the client is completely responsible for on arrival of your package.
We advise international clients to order at least 3-5 months in advance of your event to ensure a much smoother and timely process.
We will take no responsibility for damages or losses of packages received please consult with the shipping company in regards to the handling of said packages.

LOCAL AND INTER-ISLANDS
Please be advised that LOCAL ORDERS are given a pick up date after order is completed.
We DO NOT offer delivery services.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL INTER ISLAND ORDERS.
Shipping will be done with Bahamas Ferries, we will take no responsibility for damages or losses of packages received after it is out of our hands please consult with the freight company in regards to the handling of said packages.
