Our Acrylic Welcome Signs are custom designed and crafted to offer a sleek, modern, and high-quality finish that enhances your wedding or event décor.

Production Time: Once your design is finalized and approved, please allow 7-10 business days for production.

Rush Orders: Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Design Approval: A digital proof will be provided for review. Production begins only after your approval is received.
Local Orders: Pickup is available by appointment once your sign is complete. Local delivery services can be arranged for an extra fee.

Out-of-Island or International Orders: We offer shipping for inter-island and international clients. Rates will vary based on destination. Clients are responsible for allowing enough lead time for transit and delivery.
Please note that easels are not included with your acrylic welcome sign purchase.

Easel rentals are available for local clients only and must be booked separately for an additional fee.

We do not rent easels to inter-island or international clients. Clients outside of our local service area must arrange their own display stands.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required before any design or production work begins.

Design Revisions: Each order includes two (2) complimentary rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will incur a design fee.

Order Accuracy: Clients are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all names, dates, and event details before approving the final proof. We are not liable for errors that were approved.

Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our acrylic signs, once a proof has been approved or production has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.

Damage Claims: If your sign is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

Storage & Pickup: Completed signs must be collected within 7 days of notification unless alternate arrangements have been made. Storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.
