Rental Policy – Strictly Enforced
- This item is available for rental ONLY.
- Rental duration is strictly 4-5 hours MAX.
- Custom wording is limited to 10-14 characters MAX.
- We do not provide rentals for outer island clients.
- Pricing does not include floral or décor enhancements, as we do not offer that service.
- Delivery is only on the day of the event—we do not deliver in advance.
- Client pick-up is not permitted to prevent damage during transport.
- Any damage to the rental item must be paid for ON SITE—no exceptions. Replacement cost, including shipping, is $200.
- Theft will result in legal action without exception.
- The client is fully responsible for the rental item until vendor pickup.
